Brachioplasty (Arm Lift)

Brachioplasty or arm lift is a procedure to remove excessive skin and fat from the upper arm. Depending on the amount of tissue needed to be removed the incision may be hidden in the armpit. Sometimes it is necessary to place the incision on the inner aspect of the arm from the axilla to the elbow. The procedure takes approximately 2 hours and the recovery time is 1-2 weeks.
